Zoé Alibert is a dance artist, performer, movement facilitator and coach. Teaching dance, improvisation, and somatic-oriented movement approaches, her practice is invested in bodymind-presence, states of creative flow, researching modes of embodied resonance, fine-tuning awareness, aligning and deepening connections. While working with the breath has taken up a crucial part of her practice, in the past decade she has gravitated towards integrating the voice both in performative and facilitating processes.
Her practice is informed by Qi Gong, Yoga, Butoh, physical theatre, dance improvisation, dance theatre, Contact Improvisation, contemporary dance/ Release Technique, and other somatic practices, as well as the power of sound(ing).
She loves sharing the joy of movement with people of all ages and levels and has taught at schools, universities and festivals in Europe, the US and China.
